As of January 1, 2010, the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO) regrettably announces that SDD is temporarily unavailable while we complete upgrades to our infrastructure. During this transition phase, CCSSO, along with its partners, are evaluating the scope and design of SDD. Based on the needs of our constituents, we hope to bring the most powerful tool to the education community in order to ensure every child's success in education and life. We are currently targeting the middle of 2010 for a relaunch of SDD.

We understand that SDD is a valuable tool for many users and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. In the interim, we would like to direct you to another site, SchoolMatters.com, that contains a small percentage of the data on SDD.
